lsinfo.1

NAME

lsinfo - display load sharing configuration information

SYNOPSIS

     lsinfo [ -h ] [ -V ] [ -l ] [ -r ] [ -m ] [ -t ] [
     resource_name ... ]

DESCRIPTION

Display information about the load sharing system configura-
tion, including resource names and their meanings, and host
types and models (and associated CPU factors) known to the
system. You can use resource names in a task placement
request. Options allow for selective querying of resources,
host types or host models. The default is to display all
the information. If resource names are given, then only
information about those resources will be displayed. The
default is to display all resources. The information about
resources includes: resource name, resource type, descrip-
tion, and the default sorting order for the resource.

OPTIONS

-h Print command usage to stderr and exit.

-V Print LSF release version to stderr and exit.

-l Display resource information in a (long) multi-line
format for each resource. Additional parameters that
are displayed include flags indicating whether that
resource is built-in or configured and whether the
resource value changes dynamically or is static. If the
resource value changes dynamically then the interval
indicates how often it is evaluated. Dynamic and
static resource information for a host can be queried
          through

-r Display information about configured resources.

-m Display information about configured host models.

-t Display information about configured host types.
          lsload(1) and lshosts(1), respectively.
