User Support Group
Activities
The User Support Group offers assistance to users who encounter problems
while they are working on the computer
configurations of the Computing Centre. This support is provided by
email or phone.
These are some of the services the User Support Group provides:

announcements about the machines and
networks managed by the Computing Centre, or announcements on topics which
may be of general interest to staff and students of the university
-
documentation for aspects related to
the machines of the Computing Centre
-
assistance with problems related to the machines of the Computing Centre
and the software running on them
The User Support Group also keeps most WWW pages of the Computing Centre
up to date.

The User Support team currently counts five members:
