Joost Vaesen
Joost Vaesen (1979) obtained a Master in History at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2001. His Master's thesis focused on military history and was published by the Koninklijk Legermuseum. As of 2001, he is working on the political and institutional system in Brussels. In 2008, he successfully defended his Ph.D. on the relationship between the different public administrations in Brussels. Starting October 2008, he will be working on both military history and Brussels.
