From under-nutrition to obesity: changes in food consumption in twentieth-century Europe

Oslo, 26 – 28 September, 2007

ICREFH invites proposals for papers from all of those who wish to contribute a perspective on the theme. The deadline for the submission of proposals is May 31^st 2006. The Executive Committee will select approximately 25 papers from those proposed and inform applicants in the summer. Normally there is no conference fee and no charge for accommodation, meals and field trips. We hope to continue this admirable tradition in Berlin but our finances have yet to be finalised and further information will be circulated on this issue.
