- MOSI - TRANSPORT and LOGISTICS
The group
MOSI (Mathematics, Operational research, Statistics and Information
systems) is part of the faculty of Economical, social and political
sciences and Solvay Business School at the VUB. Within the MOSI
department, MOSI-T is active in the field of transportation
and logistics management. Prof. Dr. Cathy Macharis is in charge
of MOSI-T and is specialized in the application of socio-economic
evaluation methods in the field of transport and logistics. The
research domains of MOSI-T are: sustainable mobility policy, transportation
infrastructure, traffic safety technology and intermodal transport
and logistics.
