The Confucius Institute at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel organises Tai Chi group classes for beginners at VUB Campus Etterbeek, Brussels.
Tai Chi is a martial art that finds its origin in China. The discipline is characterised by slow, soft and harmonious movements combined with breathing techniques. You will learn and practice two sequences:  the 24-posture form and the 42-posture form. Both sequences are very popular in China and beyond, training body and mind through fluid forms to cultivate vital energy (Qi 气).
