The progressive ageing of society, which was noticed first in the industrialised world, is a worldwide phenomenon nowadays. The advanced master’s programme in Gerontological Sciences provides students with the necessary knowledge, insight and methodologies to critically answer the various bio-medical, psychological, socio-economic and health policy-related questions concerning ever ageing societies.
