First thing's first. You will need to apply and get permission to study before you can enroll. Click below for more info on how to apply

ENROLL

After having submitted your application, the student administration centre will start processing your file. You will receive email updates concerning the proceedings of your application.

Once your application is approved and you have permission to study at VUB, you can enroll. For some, this can be done at home. But in most cases, you will need to stop by at the enrollment office to finalize your enrollment.
Important!!! Don't come to the enrollment office without the necessary documents (i.e. approved application). You won't be able to enroll.

MY APPLICATION HAS ALREADY BEEN APPROVED

YOUR NET-ID & COURSE REGISTRATION 

Once you have enrolled, and your contract is signed, an e-mail containing your student number and PIN-code will be sent to your e-mail address. With these data you will be able to create you own VUB network identification (NET-ID). You should activate this immeditately!

After this, there's only one thing you need to do: register your courses. You can do this online. For more info on how you should do this, visit MY.VUB.
