Master of Science (MSc) in Management 

The MSc in Management provides a broad overview of management domains. The programme is designed for people without a related background in business economics or management, but who wish to broaden their academic knowledge on the subject.
This master offers theoretical knowledge and scientific insights, but is geared towards practical skills and applications. Classes are given by a group of professors from both academia and the professional world in order to ensure the link between theory and practice.

This English-language programme meets the needs of young graduates and professionals without a previous degree in business economics to increase their managerial insights.
Knowhow of management
The programme offers participants the skills and knowhow needed for management positions in a broad array of sectors. Specifically, the programme prepares you for management positions in international companies that use English as a working language.
We offer a broad-based view of the field of business and economics. The courses are selected with an international and varied audience in mind.

Extend your knowledge of management, economics and business
This master aims to extend your basic knowledge of management and by direct consequence of economics and business. The MSc in Management is considered a valuable degree which is easily combined with all other fields of study.
Evening programme
As the MSc in Management is only taught during the evenings, the programme is easily accessible for working people. However, to combine a job with a fulltime study programme is quite demanding. Admission requirements
- University degree, equivalent of a Flemish bachelor degree, consisting of a programme taking at least three years of study in an academic curriculum (180 ECTS).
- Please note that holders of a degree equivalent to a bachelor or a master in Business, Management or in Business Economics related fields are not admissible to the MSc in Management.
- The preparatory program is compulsory for all academic bachelor degrees except for:
- the BSc in de Ingenieurswetenschappen (Applied Sciences and Engineering) from a Belgian University or an equivalent degree
- Academic Pre-master "Strategic Business Management and Marketing", granted by the NHTV (Nationale Hogeschool voor Toerisme en Verkeer) Internationaal Hoger Onderwijs Breda.

In order to be admitted, you need to be proficient in English. The language requirements can be found on the website.
Other important information
- The preparatory programme can be combined with some or all of the courses of the master programme.
- Within the preparatory programme exemptions can be requested based on courses from accredited academic institutions.
- We strongly advise students to have a sufficient background in quantitative methods (e.g. GMAT-score above 550).

Application is compulsory for all candidates without a Flemish bachelor/master degree. It is important that you start the application procedure in time as the application requires paperwork from you that might take a while to collect.
