The KultuurKaffee (KK)
The Kultuurkaffee is not just an ordinary pub; it is an excellent place to meet other people.
It is an art laboratory and the ultimate proving ground for many different musical styles. Pretty much every style of music can be heard from jazz, rock, blues, techno, dance to world music. Monday nights host the 'free podium' sessions.
On Thursday nights new talent is given a chance to shine, and a jazz concert is organized the last Wednesday of every month.
Films and once in a while poetry readings broaden the palette.
Gallery Y’
The GalerY', is located on the ground floor of the KK and hosts a number of activities. Besides exhibitions, which are mainly reserved Student Life on Campus 30 for new artists, the GalerY' hosts theatre plays, classical music concerts and literary and poetry readings. From Monday till Thursday nights, creative workshops are held in GalerY'.
Students can take classes in photography, live model drawing, theatre, singing, and piano and guitar playing.
