Start to Sport
For anyone who realizes that sports and exercising have an impact on life quality, but hasn't been able to decide which type of practice really fits, the dienst Beweging & Sport of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel offers several Start to Sports programs. These classes all feature a low treshold so anyone can join in easily. Your personal coach makes sure you keep control over the correct execution of exercises, making sure you don't injure yourself. Furthermore, he or she motivates you when the going gets though. Only club card members can enroll for these classes!

Start to Swim
Guided fitness swimming. Goal? Multiplying your swimming distance tenfold in ten weeks time! 10 weeks of class, courses on tuesday and thursday form 19 - 20 hrs.

Start to Run
No matter what age you have, the start to run program allows everyone to build good stamina in ten weeks time. Guided by an experienced teacher you train 2 to 3 times per week, based on a running schedule. Tis should result in the ability to run 5 kilometers after ten weeks.
10 weeks on Monday & Thursday from 19 - 20 hours, Starting 27 February 2012.
Start to Yogalates
Yogalates combines Yoga and Pilates. focus is on strenghtening back and abdominal muscles and on stretching the entire body to the rhytm of the respiration. And ideal movement for everyone who is looking for peace of mind and body!

Start to Dance
With succesfully TV shows such as SYTYCDance, dancing is back here to stay! want to attempt your fist modern & contemorary shiffles? These classes are aimed at absolute beginners (19-20h) and people with some dancing experience (20 - 21 h).
