Objectives:
The department DINF is subdivided into six major laboratories.
First, there is our widely known Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (known as ARTI) which was founded in the early eighties. Another large number of people is grouped in our Programming Technology Lab.
Recently some new labs were founded in the department: the Systems Technology and Applications Research Laboratory, the Adaptive Systems Group and the Laboratory for Theoretic Computer Science. Last but not least the department of computer science includes the Laboratory for System and Software Engineering.
