This is the list with  problems you may encounter during the activation procedure, or questions you may have.

Problems

  1. My activation is refused
  2. What is my PIN-code/I have lost my PIN-code
  3. My email address has changed
  4. Can I keep the email address I had as a student?
  5. What is a/my username? Can I change it?

Questions

  1. Can external visitors or collaborators get an email address?
  2. Can I request an account for a department, project or congres?
  3. How can I obtain a computer account for calculation and development?
