Stijn Elsen
Ir. arch. Stijn Elsen is a member of the Research Lab for Architectural Engineering (AE-LAB) of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and co-founder of the architectural office KADERSTUDIO. Both in his projects and for the Research Lab he conducts research towards more flexible and reversible building systems. His expertise in practice is an added value to several research projects, such as for the Buildings as Material Banks (BAMB) project.
Since 2020, Stijn is also assistant practitioner in the Advanced Design Studio in the second Master Architectural Engineering.
