The lecture was followed by a panel discussion exploring the current trade war issues from various perspectives and explored various ways of responding to the challenge posed by current US trade policy and the role of China PRC. The panel consisted of Professor Ricardo Ramírez Hernández, Professor Marco Bronckers (University of Leiden), Professor Jacques Bourgeois (University of Ghent), and Roberto Reyes Barrera (Vrije Universiteit Brussel).
